Pathway Resourcing, part of the SThree Group, is currently looking for talented individuals to join the organisation on their extensive training scheme. Over the next few years we will be expanding into America and Asia which will require the next generation of consultants to be able to think and act on an international scale. Upon successfully passing the interview process, you will undertake a thorough 6 month programme that is designed to give you the understanding and skills to build your business in an exciting and fast paced industry. We operate a modular programme that will cover every area of your business, utilising classroom based training, one-to-one coaching and personal mentoring. Our training sets the highest standards in the industry and creates consultants that have the confidence and ability to drive a reputation with Pathway and the recruitment industry. We invest heavily in the training and coaching that you receive to ensure consultants have strong foundations to build their career. Training continues past the initial 6 months developing your skills through senior positions and management.
As a consultant in the business you will be involved in the full life cycle of the recruitment process, building your own business and taking full accountability for your niche technical market. No two days are the same and requires consultants to be highly reactive as the market shifts and changes. You will develop relationships with clients that you have won and made your own. Any organisation is open to you from SME’s through to multi-national corporations.
For this hard work and determination, consultants are expected to earn from £35-40K (OTE) in their 1st yr, £60-80K (OTE) in the 2nd yr and then 100K+ from then on. These are realistic expectations which successful consultants often surpass. As well as the financial aspects we provide a generous incentive scheme that few others can compete with. Holidays to the glam of Monte Carlo, the bright lights of Las Vegas, the white beaches of Barbados and the slopes of the Alpes. Every month we offer lunch targets which when hit will see you take early leave on a Friday and be wined and dined in the most exclusive restaurants in London.
